1. Introductions
The safety shoe toe cap compression and sole penetration resistance testing machine is mainly used to test the compression resistance of the toe cap of safety shoes. The instrument applies a continuous pressing force to the fixed toe cap at a speed of 5mm/min, such as 15000N and holding the force for 1 minute, then measure the height of the cylinder inserted in the shoes. The fixture can also be replaced for nail penetration testing of safety shoe midsole materials. The specimen is fixed on the fixture and punctured or zero punctured at a speed of 10mm/min to measure the maximum nail penetration force value.
